Return and Refund Policy

At Bison's Tee Shirt, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and refund process.

Returns:

• You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@bisonsteeshirt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us at exchanges@bisonsteeshirt.com with your request, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
